A Weekly Introduction to Flamenco Welcomes Beginners in Orange

Each Saturday morning, adults curious about dance have a chance to step into something new at Naranjita Flamenco Dance Studio. The studio offers an Adult Beginner Flamenco Class, designed to welcome those with little to no prior experience.

Held from 10 to 11 a.m., the class invites participants to learn the foundations of flamenco in a supportive and encouraging environment. Led by Richard Chavez, the session focuses on rhythm, movement, and expression — introducing students to the basics while keeping the experience engaging and accessible.

The weekly class is open to adults of all backgrounds and skill levels, making it an easy entry point for anyone interested in exploring flamenco for the first time. Whether participants are looking to try a new form of movement, reconnect with music, or simply do something different on a Saturday morning, the class offers a welcoming place to start.

Located at 301 East Katella Avenue, Naranjita Flamenco Dance Studio has long been part of Orange’s arts community, offering instruction rooted in tradition and creativity.

As Orange continues to support a wide range of cultural and artistic activities, opportunities like this beginner flamenco class highlight how learning and expression can be part of everyday life — one step, rhythm, and Saturday at a time.
