Vietnam War Memorial “The Wall That Heals” Comes to the City of Orange

A three-quarter-scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, known as “The Wall That Heals,” is set to arrive at Grijalva Park in the City of Orange, giving local residents and veterans the opportunity to reflect on the service and sacrifice of more than 58,000 Americans who lost their lives during the Vietnam War. The exhibit will feature an educational center displaying personal artifacts, letters, and photographs that bring the history of the conflict to life.

The wall will be open around the clock during its stay, allowing visitors to pay their respects at any hour. Organizers have also planned special ceremonies to honor veterans, including a sunset memorial dedicated to those affected by Agent Orange. The event aims to bring remembrance and healing to the community while highlighting the City of Orange’s deep commitment to honoring those who served.
