Final Day of “50 Days of Love” Encourages Orange Residents to Connect with Neighbors

The City of Orange’s community-focused initiative “50 Days of Love” is wrapping up, but organizers say there’s still time for residents to participate before the final day ends.

Led by Love Orange, the campaign encourages neighbors to build stronger connections within the community through small acts of kindness and simple conversations — even something as basic as learning the names of the people living nearby. Participants can also receive a yard sign as part of the initiative, helping spread awareness throughout neighborhoods across Orange.

The program is designed to strengthen community relationships and create a more connected city by encouraging residents to engage with one another in meaningful but approachable ways. Over the years, “50 Days of Love” has become a recognizable local movement focused on positivity, service, and neighborhood connection.

For Orange residents who haven’t participated yet, organizers encourage people to take part before the campaign concludes and begin preparing for next year’s event.

The final day of “50 Days of Love” runs through Sunday, May 24 at Love Orange, located at 34 Plaza Square in Old Towne Orange.
