Fall Bag-of-Books Sale Offers a Bargain for Book Lovers in Orange

Book lovers can stock up on new reads for just a few dollars during the upcoming Fall “Bag-of-Books” Sale, hosted by the Friends of the Orange Public Library in Old Towne Orange.

During the sale, shoppers can purchase a Friends of the Orange Public Library bag for $5 and fill it with books. Returning shoppers who already have an FOPL bag can bring it back and fill it for just $4, making the event an affordable way to discover new books while supporting the local library community.

Friends of the Orange Public Library members will also receive early access beginning at 10 AM, an hour before the general sale opens. Those who aren’t currently members can join for $12 on the day of the event and take advantage of the early shopping period.

For Orange residents, the sale offers a chance to pick up a bag full of secondhand books at a great price while supporting an organization dedicated to benefiting the Orange Public Library and its programs.

The Fall “Bag-of-Books” Sale takes place Saturday, September 12 from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Orange Public Library & History Center, located at 407 E. Chapman Ave. in Old Towne Orange. The members-only presale begins at 10 AM.
