Bosscat Kitchen & Libations Brings Whiskey, Brunch, and History to Old Towne Orange

Few restaurants have made as big an impact on Old Towne Orange’s dining scene in recent years as Bosscat Kitchen & Libations. The building once housed the Fraser family’s longtime liquor store, Rod’s Liquor, and before that was reportedly the first horse-and-buggy repair shop and first gas station in Orange County.
